This milestone marks Proprli’s first major step into residential real estate, as Schep joins our growing network of modern property management companies.
Technical management and compliance
With Proprli, Schep Vastgoedmanagers will streamline its technical management processes, including compliance tracking, maintenance plans, managing projects and automating workflows. The Proprli platform is set to optimize their portfolio compliance and operations, which include over 35,000 residential units, ranging from rental properties to owner-occupied homes.
Launching customer
The partnership launches with Altera Vastgoed, a prominent Schep client and an existing Proprli user for their retail portfolio. This expansion into thousands of residential units underscores the strong trust and proven synergy between Schep’s expertise and Proprli’s innovative platform. Together, they set new standards for operational excellence and innovation in technical property management.
Modernize property management
The integration of Proprli’s platform is a key component in Schep’s strategy to modernize and optimize their real estate operations further. Proprli will serve as their hub for managing building compliance and maintenance budgets.
