Proprli announces it’s first office at Coolsingel

Proprli started in 2018 with the clear goal of making life easier for property and asset managers all around the world. This year of 2023, Proprli is expanding with: new investors, new clients and a brand new office!

The office is located at Coolsingel, a central street in the Cool district, at the heart of Rotterdam.

We chose one of the oldest buildings of the city, designed by architect Willem Marinus Dudok (1884-1974), which was once a bank building and survived the second World War bombing. This building is a national treasure and is now renovated with a beautiful aesthetic.
