V&K Real Estate, the Dutch property management firm, is taking the next step in its digital transformation. After a successful initial deployment on part of its portfolio, V&K has decided to extend the Proprli platform across its entire portfolio of residential, retail and office assets.
V&K Real Estate operates nationally across all real estate sectors and focuses on the management and value optimisation of properties for institutional investors and private clients. With a team of around 50 specialists, the firm combines innovative property management with hands-on attention for every client and building, led by partners Jeroen Verwolf and Erik Kleemans.
From partial initial rollout to full-portfolio expansion
The collaboration with Proprli started with a deployment on a selected part of the portfolio. The intention from day one was clear: prove the value in practice, and then scale across all assets under management.
In the meantime, the property management business itself went through a transformation of its own, becoming V&K Real Estate as an independent firm in 2025. Despite this organisational change, the strategic choice for Proprli held firm. With the initial rollout validated in day-to-day operations, V&K has now confirmed the move to its complete portfolio.
One operational foundation for technical property management
By fully embracing Proprli as a central platform for technical property management, V&K Real Estate is creating a shared operational foundation. Teams manage compliance, maintenance, ticketing and supplier workflows within one environment, while maintaining oversight at both building and portfolio level.
A key element in this rollout is the seamless integration between Proprli and Aareon REMS. With Aareon covering the financial side of property management and Proprli the technical side, the integration ensures that work orders, budgets and building data flow consistently between both systems. The result is one connected way of working, where financial and technical management reinforce each other rather than running in parallel.
