Proprli crosses European borders with launching customer Colliers International in Poland
Proprli is a SaaS company for property and asset managers in the Netherlands that is now taking its first steps towards international expansion. After creating a platform to standardise processes for asset management and due diligence within the real estate industry, Proprli’s next step is to make it available to asset and property managers worldwide.
Why expand to Poland?
As a part of the international ambitions, Proprli’s goal is to set up a scalable platform that fits different markets and therefore has to be flexible to users.
According to CEO Boudewijn Groot “We always had the ambition to create one single Building Passport to standardise the entire real estate industry. With this expansion into a new market, Poland, we are making our first step to international growth. There is no better way to enter a new market than with a new launching customer, Colliers International Poland. After months of piloting our software, Colliers Poland improves building compliance, expenditure transparency and centralises all property data in one single Building Passport.
As asset management is slightly different in every country, we made sure to adapt the platform for our Polish peers. Not just adding the Polish language, but by applying best practices from Colliers Poland into our platform, we created a new feature in the Building Certificate Management that improves the platform for our existing users. ‘We are impressed that Proprli takes on so much of our feedback and implements it into their platform. This really contributes to the partnership.’ says Marta Lenarczyk, Senior Technical Quality Manager at Colliers Poland.
Colliers EMEA Chief of Technology, Bas Ambachtsheer, is responsible for the further digitization and optimization of real estate management processes within Colliers and was fundamental in the process of evaluating and implementing Proprli.
“Proprli is a good platform to streamline property management processes and enhance reporting quality across all countries. Poland is the second country we are implementing Proprli after successfully implementing it in the Netherlands, which is led by Joost Vooijs.” says Bas Ambachtsheer.
