Starting with Bouwinvest
The partnership begins with the residential portfolio of Bouwinvest, managed by MVGM. This onboarding marks the first step in our collaboration and forms the basis for working together on modernizing technical real estate management.
A new standard in technical and compliance management
MVGM selected Proprli to bring structure, transparency, and efficiency to its technical property management processes. The platform supports the full scope of technical operations, from managing Capex Plans and maintenance projects to centralizing compliance tracking and supplier performance. It will serve as the operational foundation for all technical workflows within MVGM.
To align financial and technical data, Proprli will integrate with MVGM’s financial property management system, ensuring real-time visibility into budgets versus actuals across projects and buildings and creating a single connected source of truth for all stakeholders.
