A property manager inspecting a building can capture an issue, add photos, check past actions, and immediately involve the right supplier – all while still standing in front of the equipment. The supplier receives clear instructions, responds instantly, and updates progress directly from their mobile device. Meanwhile, the asset owner stays in the loop without the need for additional emails, phone calls, or fragmented channels.
What used to be scattered across inboxes, messaging apps, portals, and loose notes now flows through one continuous, shared environment. Every stakeholder sees the same information, speaks the same operational language, and works together toward the same outcome.

Smooth transition from the previous app
The old ticketing app will remain available for a short period, but will be fully deactivated on January 31st, 2026. From today onward, all users can transition to the new Proprli app, available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The app always runs on the latest version of Proprli, without any manual updates or maintenance required.
