As we expand into Germany, we’re looking for our very first Customer Success Manager to lay the foundation for our success in the DACH region. Someone who thrives in a builder role, loves creating structure from scratch, and wants to be part of something big, from day one.

This is your chance to play a key role in launching Proprli in Germany. You’ll work closely with our CEO and collaborate with customer success teams across Europe, while directly supporting German clients to get the most out of our platform. It’s a unique, high-impact role for someone who is both strategic and hands-on.

Your role: shaping success in Germany

You’ll be the trusted partner for our German clients, supporting onboarding, training, and long-term success. With client empathy and a structured mindset, you’ll help users get the most from our Proprli platform.

At the same time, you’ll shape our German market approach internally, working closely with our CEO and the wider customer success team across Europe. 

This is more than a Customer Success role, it’s a launchpad for impact.

You will:

  • Be the first point of contact for German clients, guiding them through onboarding, training, and adoption
  • Build the German Customer Success function from the ground up — processes, playbooks, and support systems, in close collaboration with our head of customer success
  • Develop strong client relationships and turn customers into enthusiastic Proprli ambassadors
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally to influence product development and roadmap priorities
  • Lead live trainings, host webinars, and create scalable content to support growth
  • Identify opportunities to increase platform usage, reduce churn, and enable expansion
  • Work directly with Proprli’s CEO and country leads to define and execute local market strategy

You bring:

  • 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing SaaS role
  • An entrepreneurial mindset. You love building, not just following
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Calm, organized, and positive, even when things get messy
  • Experience in real estate or hospitality is a plus, but not required
