Gregory joins at exactly the right moment, not just to support our rollout in Germany, but to help shape our broader expansion strategy across Europe.
A shared vision for real estate
Gregory has spent more than a decade working at the intersection of real estate, technology, and venture capital. At PATRIZIA, he led the Technology & Innovation division and managed a portfolio of PropTech investments across Europe. Today, he supports sustainability- and innovation-driven startups as Managing Director of Proptech and Beyond.
He brings the perspective of someone who understands both sides of the table: the scale and discipline of institutional real estate, and the urgency and clarity of early-stage companies.
