Will you join our team as a Lead Customer Success Manager?

Your role
Within the Customer Success team you are responsible for the implementation of new customers and their operational point of contact. You guide property managers and real estate owners during and after onboarding on our platform. Your customers feel that you are always there for them. You advise them on the use of our software and the optimal use of our technology.

  • Proactively visit and think along with customers about how they can make optimal use of the Proprli platform
  • Guiding implementation and onboarding processes for new customers
  • You expand existing relationships
  • You have a commercial mindset and know how to discover opportunities with customers to further expand them into new features
  • You stimulate and inspire customers with the aim of making more effective and efficient use of the Proprli platform
  • Based on the experiences and needs of users, you are critical and come up with concrete proposals to improve our service and software
  • Organizing and giving webinars.

About you
You have several years of experience in relationship management and know better than anyone how to communicate with customers. You are someone who has everything under control, puts the customer first and therefore continuously surprises you with your passionate service! We are really looking for a commercial talent. You are able to set goals and achieve them.

About Proprli
We connect property owners and property managers through our online platform. Proprli is a Building Passport where all building information, supplier & bid management and ESG & climate risk management come together. This results in a single source of truth for all stakeholders involved, including investors, banks, accountants, property managers and contractors.

Technical managers receive a user-friendly tool and an overview of all their certificates, maintenance budgets and building elements with conditions, whereby they can easily filter by building, project, phases and status. In addition, they are automatically reminded of documentation that still needs to be updated. In addition, they can also use:

  • Fast approval requests, easily set up in 3 steps
  • More control over budgets, documentation and budgets
  • All contracts with suppliers are centralized in the right place
